Cancel / reactivate subscription (via Vercel API routes — Lambda VPC can’t reach Stripe directly)
Additional device seats — buy 1/2/3 extra slots beyond the included 3 (bulk discount at 3+)
Golem licenses — buy week/month/annual/perpetual machine-bound keys
Trial — start 30-day Build trial (one-per-account, card fingerprint anti-abuse)

Account Settings

Profile fields (name, nickname, preferred display name, avatar), password change, preferences. Personal-tier hardening: device list with removeDevice, EULA status, support contact.

Setup

Post-checkout landing that confirms your tier and redirects appropriately.

Authenticated — Organization

Org Portal — `my.prismatik.run/dashboard/org/[orgId]`

Tabs:

Members — list of active members with role, seat type, join date, auto-revoke schedule. Admin can release, change role, set auto-revoke.
Invites — pending invites with copy-link fallback if SES email delivery failed.
Access Requests — public-slug applicants (if allow_access_requests is on).
Settings — name, billing email, slug, public-access toggle.
Golems — org-issued machine activation keys, device binding, status, decommission flow.
Enrollment — create student enrollment tokens for educational orgs.

Org admins see all tabs. Managers see most. Regular members see Members + Invites only (read-only).

Venue Operations

Venues Dashboard — `my.prismatik.run/dashboard/venues`

List of cloud-synced Venue Mode instances with online/offline status. Per-instance: last-heard timestamp, basic health, override/reload/restart controls. Commands queue via cloud and apply on next heartbeat (~30s).

Stripe flows

User-facing Stripe actions live in Vercel API routes (Lambda VPC can’t reach api.stripe.com):

Stripe webhooks fire into Lambda at qy01aq15kg.execute-api.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/prod/stripe/webhook (signature verified). Lambda handles tier assignment, member activation, trial fingerprinting, etc.
